What this page covers
The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) governs the processing of personal information in South Africa. This page explains how to contact Luminous X Technologies about information collected through this website and where to find independent guidance. It is not a certification or a claim that every legal obligation has been independently audited.
Our website privacy contact
Send privacy enquiries to info@luminousxtech.co.za with the subject “POPIA request”. You may also call 073 252 9507 or write to Luminous X Technologies (Pty) Ltd, 3793 Lisa Street, Unit 12, Mmabatho, North West, 2790.
This is the company’s privacy contact channel. The page does not assert that a particular Information Officer registration or PAIA manual has been verified. Contact us if you need the applicable officer or records-access details.
Making a request
Describe the information or interaction involved, the email address used, and what you would like us to do. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, or raise an objection to processing. We will assess the request under the applicable legal requirements and explain any relevant limits, including records that must lawfully be retained.
We may need to verify your identity proportionately. Do not include passwords, banking details, or identity documents in an initial email. If additional verification is needed, we will explain the information required and an appropriate way to provide it.
How the website handles information
Our privacy notice identifies enquiry fields, purposes, website and email providers, browser storage, retention arrangements, and the form’s safeguards. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. The website chatbot does not send messages to our team on your behalf.
The online form remains unavailable until email delivery is connected. You can contact us directly using the details above. A published privacy notice or security feature does not on its own establish full organisational POPIA compliance.
Complaints and official resources
You may raise a concern with us or contact the Information Regulator. You do not have to obtain our permission to approach the Regulator. Follow the current procedures on the Information Regulator’s complaints page.
